Childcare Construction Solutions (CCS), founded by Fred Ayad as a specialist commercial building and construction firm focussing on industry best early learning spaces.
CCS was established after recognising a shortfall in the early learning and childcare sector for a commercial specialist construction firm with in-depth knowledge of stringent Building Codes Australia and the Department of Education regulations.
With our specialist expertise in the early learning space this allows us to produce high-end results at a more competitive price. Our strengths are in providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong collaborative client partnerships.
